Spearmint Tea for PCOS Hirsutism May Challenge

Spearmint tea challenge: does it improve hirsutism?

Studies suggest that spearmint can help reduce androgen levels in women with PCOS, which can lead to a reduction in hirsutism. This positive side effect of spearmint tea has also been echoed within the PCOS community.
